Occasionally a GemLink customer using the Accelerator will have a problem. Nearly always the problem is related to automatic updates performed by Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer. Anyone experiencing problems with the Accelerator should:
1. Get the latest updates at Microsoft for Windows & Internet Explorer
2. Use your Control Panel, Programs, then remove 1Dial Accelerator.
3. Get the latest update at 1Dial Accelerator ...

Change in GemLink Customer Support:
We now have completed over 12 months without downtime or failure on either our network dial-up servers or our Google Apps Partnership mail servers. NO FAILURE, NO DOWNTIME!
Our new hours of telephone customer support will be limited to Monday through Thursday from the hours of 1:00pm to 8:00pm. We have not increased our prices in eleven years. Our numbers of subscribers continues to decline. But ... we will maintain our same level of equipment and network services.
My decision to cut-back on support hours is just part of my cost cutting. Calls between 1:00 & 8:00pm on Mon-Thu will usually be answered by me as I will be in the office at that time. All other calls will be transferred to voice-mail & I will answer as soon as I can.
Call-backs at times outside the 1-8pm Mon-Thu will be made as quickly as I can get to the call. I may make these call-backs any day of the week between 1:00pm and 8:00pm.
GemLink will continue in business! Our web site and video business is doing great, so don’t be concerned about our being around. WE WILL BE HERE!
