Our privacy policy is very simple.  We will never sell, share or intentionally expose any of your account information to anyone at anytime.

 

- The billing information we maintain is not on-line but resides on a workstation in our office and is only opened for updates to accounts.

- All billing is processed on Intuit’s Merchant Account services platform on their secure servers.

 

- We do not send mass-mailings of email messages with GemLink users listed in the cc section of the email.  We use list mailings only sparingly and do so in a manner that precludes other GemLink email users seeing your email address.

 

- There are no web-site pages or search mechanisms available that can access our email account listings.

 

We take your confidentiality very serious and will do what ever is needed to protect you from ever being identified or contacted via anything we have done.

 

Should you ever suspect there has been a breach of your confidentiality based on something that GemLink has done or is doing, please contact me immediately.

 

Call our 434-985-3749 voicemail call-back system and leave a message saying you believe security has been breached.  I will call you as soon as I receive the message.
