Our basic dial-up service is operated on leased networks with leased servers. The service is supported by round-the-clock technicians and has an up-time rating in excess of 99.8% and still improving.

- Dial-up is sold as “Unlimited” but restricted to use by a single family within one household. This account must not be used to “hold the connection” via any polling method or other manner. The fee is $18 per month.
- An “Accelerator” may be added which will compress web-sites at the server and decompress in your browser. Average download time improvement is 3 to 4:1 but this service will not impact the speed on zip files, music or software updates. This service is an additional $2 per month.
- Email is provided to legacy customers, but all new customers are setup on Google’s Gmail service.

Web-Site Design, Creation & Hosting:
We will design, create & host web-sites ... but we do not maintain the site. Our sites are designed to enable the owner of the site to upload documents, images and photos that will automatically be embedded into the site. This technique permits the site owner to keep the site current and dynamic with news, changing content and any other important content they would like on their site.

- Design is proto-typed with the site owner based on color palettes, themes and logical navigation structure. Industry general information is developed by GemLink and company specific content is provided by the site owner.
- Biographical content, photos, products & service descriptions and all other company specific content is given to us by the company and integrated into the color palette and theme agreed upon.
- Pricing for simple site creation starts at $100 and complex sites may run to as much as $1,000. Sites with integrated, interactive databases may cost more.
- Hosting fees start at $20 per month; additional services such as banners & database will add to the monthly cost.

Video Services:
Our most recent service added at GemLink is video recording services of action events. Most weeks we are at Bull Riding and Barrel Racing events (anticipating Horse Shows) recording the action from start to finish. We use High-Definition equipment from the recording to the completed video clips or DVDs.

- Video content is recorded, cut to usable content and then edited for clarity and continuity. Titles and narration are added as appropriate and a finished DVD is created. The DVDs are sold in quantity or one at a time from the sanctioning association’s web-site.
- Video clips are cut, featuring individual bulls, riders and barrel racers ... these clips are posted to servers and indexed in a database. Producers, Contractors & Riders may subscribe to and link to clips they have stored on the servers and in the database.
- The video clip linking service is integrated into web-hosting provided for the Producers, Contractors and Riders. The sites are partially supported by their sanctioning associations.
