Terms of Use
Our “Terms of Use” are quite simple and at any time you cannot accept and abide by them, you may cancel your account. If you do not abide by these terms, we will cancel your account.
1. Any GemLink dial-up account is deemed a personal, family-use only account and is limited to use within one household. Sharing of UserName and Password is forbidden and subject to immediate termination. Small business users may use a GemLink account, but must limit the use to business hours and shall not consider the account as an account to be used both at work and at home.
2. Our system only permits one connection at a time, but you may use as any computer located anywhere in the world to make a connection, just being certain this is not a “sharing” situation that goes beyond the immediate family in the principal household.
3. Any offensive, illegal, harmful or otherwise malicious actions interfering with others when using the connection, including but not limited to spamming and pornographic or other illegal activities are expressly forbidden and will subject the account to immediate termination.
4. GemLink will not in any manner attempt to censor your use; your personal tastes and uses are your business, subject only to the prohibited activities in item 3 above.
5. GemLink does not guarantee use of, performance of, or suitability of any service. We do our best to provide outstanding service but due to the nature of the service we guarantee nothing. No real or imagined damages or suffering as a result of the use of GemLink’s services will ever be considered as GemLink’s responsibility. Users should immediately disconnect and terminate service if they believe such conditions exist. We will accept no liability for providing any level of service.
6. We will try hard to deserve the business and support of our customers.
